Cha is a seasoned market research professional, with over two decades of experience working across diverse industries including fast-moving consumer goods, utilities, social, and telecommunications among others.

Darren is our Chief Executive Officer. He has broad experience in communication, stakeholder and media relations, reputation management, change, sustainability, marketing, brand, positioning, strategy and operations.

Elisa is an Associate Partner with over 10 years experience in strategic communication, stakeholder engagement and media relations.

Jill is a Partner who has extensive experience in corporate, government and community sectors. She specialises in communication strategy, stakeholder engagement, issues management and community relations.

With over 18 years’ experience in digital marketing, Jon's expertise include SEO, social media, UX and SEM, as well as project management of digital marketing campaigns and website launches.
