Our confidential health client was going through a period of change, with a new corporate strategy, a brand refresh, and a renewed focus on culture change. It recognised it needed a robust communication plan to improve corporate engagement and staff communication.


We designed a strategy to help connect a large and varied workforce to their organisation’s strategic direction and vision. The strategy focused on enhancing capability, structure and processes, and tools and channels. It used audience profiles to better target and reach key internal stakeholder groups and segment the workforce.


The organisation is tracking improvements in the cut-through of corporate communication across multiple sites, programs and roles.
