Scott Thompson
Scott has joined SenateSHJ's Reputation practice as a Partner, bringing global experience in promoting and protecting leading brands' reputations. Scott excels in corporate branding, stakeholder engagement, and executive coaching, and has advised on the most challenging issues and crises of the past two decades. Prior to joining, Scott led Forge Communications for two years, which was recently acquired by SenateSHJ.
Amy Watson
Amy joins as Associate Partner, specializing in long-term reputation building and uniting people towards positive change. With expertise in branding, stakeholder engagement, and crisis management, Amy’s passion for transformation aligns perfectly with SenateSHJ's values. Her previous leadership of Forge Communications, recently acquired by SenateSHJ, brings valuable insights to our team.
Bronwyn Raso
Bronwyn, now a Partner at SenateSHJ, brings over two decades of strategic communication and stakeholder engagement experience. Her dedication to developing strategies and serving as a trusted adviser spans the public and private sectors, with a keen interest in health sector reform and government operations.
Marnie Sironen
Marnie has taken on the role of Associate Partner, leveraging her 12 years of expertise in the healthcare sector. With profound understanding of the pharmaceutical industry, Marnie has led communication programs for critical milestones, from clinical development to mergers and acquisitions.
Pip Scarff
SenateSHJ is also excited to welcome Pip Scarff as the new People & Culture Manager. With a passion for bringing out the best in people, Pip has a wealth of experience in Human Resources across a diverse range of industries including financial services, corporate advisory, and natural resources.
Natalie Hatton has been promoted to Client Director after two years with SenateSHJ, while Jonathan Cookson has been promoted to Director of Digital Marketing, reflecting their ongoing contributions to the team. We also welcome Cecilia Rago to the Australian team as Client Manager.

Bella Cartman
Bella joins our Wellington office as a Client Executive. With a background in both private and not-for-profit consultancies and a Bachelor of Arts and Science majoring in Politics and Economics, Bella brings skills in both government relations and corporate communications to our growing New Zealand team.
Our New Zealand business has also welcomed Amanda Chong as Office Administrator and Rachel Chen as Assistant Accountant.
