SenateSHJ today announced the appointment of Managing Partner, Angela Scaffidi to PROI Worldwide’s Board and as Vice Chair for the Asia Pacific region.
The role will see her take up a leadership position with the world’s largest partnership of integrated communications agencies, and across a region that is having a major impact on reputation management globally.
Angela Scaffidi co-founded SenateSHJ in 2002, and has helped it grow into one of Australasia’s largest and fastest growing independent strategic communication consultancies.
Ms Scaffidi said: “It’s an exciting time to be part of this globally recognised partnership, and to be the new regional Vice Chair for the APAC region which provides some of the brightest thinking in our industry.” She added “Working with our partners’ locally and across the globe will enable us to showcase fresh thinking to other regions and our clients.”
Angela’s appointment reinforces PROI’s commitment to gender diversity with the appointment of Kaija Pohjala Vice Chair for EMEA Region and Laura Tomasetti, Vice Chair of PROI’s Worldwide’s Americas Region at the same time. “The new Vice Chairs represent some of the most successful agencies within PROI Worldwide and they will ensure PROI continues to benefit from strong leadership on our Board,” said Richard Tsang, outgoing Global Chair of PROI Worldwide and Chairman of SPRG Asia, Hong Kong’s largest integrated communications firm with offices throughout Asia.
