Jill has over thirty years’ experience in strategic communication encompassing corporate, government and infrastructure.She specialises in communication strategy, issues and crisis management, stakeholder engagement and change communication. Her work includes the development and delivery of capability building programs in each of these areas.
Jill has worked extensively in environmental issues management throughout her career and led the communication function at Victoria’s largest regional water authority and the Environment Protection Authority.
As the lead consultant on community consultation and behaviour change projects, Jill has won Australian and international awards for her work in water conservation and increasing kerbside recycling.
Jill joined SenateSHJ in 2012 and has worked on a wide range of stakeholder consultation and engagement projects in areas such as health, education and resources.
