Darren's experience extends across a broad range of areas including communication, stakeholder and media relations, reputation management, social impact, sustainability, marketing, brand, positioning, strategy and change.
Darren was an executive at Liberty Financial, responsible for marketing and communication across Australia and New Zealand. Prior to this, he held senior positions at financial and professional services firms, including across sustainability teams, corporate affairs, corporate strategy and marketing.
Darren began his career as a journalist. He was a senior correspondent and columnist at The Sydney Daily Telegraph as well as The Daily Mail in the UK and won a number of awards for his work.
Alongside his undergraduate degree, he has a Post-Graduate Diploma in Journalism and received an MBA from Melbourne Business School.
