Angela is SenateSHJ’s head of change, and she designs, implements and measures change programs for clients in the public and private sectors. She is an accredited user of the Four Rooms of Change®. She works with the methodology to help individuals, teams and organisations to understand and own their change experience and to take the steps required to achieve sustainable change.
Angela also works with organisations dealing with issues relating to reputation and a loss of trust. She sees an organisation’s culture and reputation as intrinsically linked, and therefore she often works across change, culture, leadership and reputation.
Prior to establishing Scaffidi Hugh-Jones (now SenateSHJ), she worked at McKinsey & Company and Turnbull Porter Novelli.
Angela sits on the boards of Challenge: supporting kids with cancer and McAuley Community Services for Women, and she chairs The Missed Foundation (formerly known as MPAN).
Angela is a skilled facilitator and trainer. She regularly designs and facilitates programs in structured problem-solving, communication and change, through her role as a Clarity Thought Partner. Angela has also lectured in the post-graduate communication program at RMIT University. She is a Fellow of the Public Relations Institute of Australia and is Vice Chair, Asia Pacific Region for PROI Worldwide, the world’s largest international partnership of independent communication firms.
