It uses a systematic, clear and structured approach to help people produce documents that have impact, are easy to read and require much less time to write and review.

The program equips people with the skills to convey complex information clearly and succinctly by structuring their thinking, and then planning and writing documents that address their audience’s concerns and their own objectives.
