We’ve worked with schools, regions, departments and central functions across all systems – government, faith-based and independent. We’ve partnered with principals, stakeholders, boards, staff, students and families.

We’ve supported schools to change their culture or navigate a crisis. We’ve helped schools develop new values, organisational structures, enrolment strategies, strategic plans and communication plans.

Through our work we’ve engaged more than 1,000 schools. Here’s some examples of our work:

  • Provided change, culture, communication and strategic support for various schools, including Lowanna College, Northcote High School, Robinvale College, Craigieburn Secondary College, Methodist Ladies’ College, Kurnai College and Orbost Community College.
  • Designed and led forums for hundreds of schools including Wooranna Park Primary School, Suzanne Cory High School, Rowville Secondary College, Eaglehawk Primary School and Northcote Primary School. Our forums have often included students, school staff, families and community members.
  • Provided change and engagement services to the Victorian Department of Education for over 20 years. We have helped to design and deliver the annual  Education State Forum for several years.
  • Conducted an independent review of a Catholic school’s enrolment strategy and developed an enhanced approach to leverage additional opportunities to elevate the school’s brand, marketing and engagement strategies.
  • Provided issues and crisis management and thought leadership support to high-profile independent, Catholic and other faith-based schools in NSW and Victoria.
  • Developed communication and marketing strategies for the Diocese of Sale, OLMC Heidelberg, Yarra Me School and Broadmeadows Network of Schools.
  • Hosted the first series of the Bastow Institute of Leadership education podcast.
  • Consulted TAFE VCAL and VCE students on their experiences of COVID and the broader TAFE sector on responses to COVID.
