Team changes at SenateSHJ

We are delighted to announce two team changes at SenateSHJ.

Scott Campbell has been promoted to Consulting Partner at SenateSHJ.

Scott has been with SenateSHJ for more than two years as Associate Partner, during which time he has proven to be a highly skilled strategic communicator with sharp political insights.

A government relations and iwi specialist, Scott operates at a high level across a broad range of communications disciplines. As a former political journalist with TV3, he also has impeccable media instincts and a deep understanding of political strategy.

Scott has taken the lead on a number of major client projects, including working with all three entities of the new Ngāti Whātua Ōrākei group to build understanding of the group's position in Auckland. He has also worked on projects such as the Mixed Ownership Model, the MediaWorks receivership and iwi engagement with energy companies. One of SenateSHJ's key media advisers, he has also provided media training to senior leaders spanning a range of industries within organisations across New Zealand.

Scott is an integral and highly valued member of our senior team, and his promotion to Consulting Partner reflects that.

Michelle Patience has been promoted to Client Executive in SenateSHJ's Wellington office.

Michelle joined SenateSHJ in 2008, and has become an invaluable part of the team first as office and consultant support and then as events and projects co-ordinator.

Having more than proven her skills at client service, project management and implementation, we are delighted to introduce Michelle as a consultant - a position she will no doubt execute efficiently and with her usual finesse.

We expect the many clients who have worked with Michelle over the last six years will share our enthusiasm in welcoming her to our consulting team.
